Automatic Coating & Roasting Line
This post is also available in: UA (UA)
This line takes coated snacks from raw product all the way to a finished, seasoned coating in one continuous process. Product first passes through the seasoning machine, then a Z-elevator and conveyor belt carry it into the drying machine, which removes excess moisture before the next stage. From there, it moves through a sieve and belt conveyor into the automatic coating machine, where it’s evenly coated with a powder mix prepared separately in the powder mixer and delivered via screw conveyor. A PVC elevator handles the final transport of the coated product, ready for packaging. This setup works well for producers making coated peanuts, coated chickpeas, or similar snack products that need consistent, even coating at volume.
