This line forms and slices granola and cereal bars in one continuous process. Raw mixture is loaded through the feeding hopper and shaped by the cylinder press, enclosed within a protective cover, into a continuous sheet of even thickness. A powder doser applies a dry coating or dusting layer as needed. The sheet then passes through a vertical slicer, which cuts it into strips, followed by a horizontal slicer that divides the strips into individual bars. Finished bars move along a cooling belt equipped with cooling fans, which set the texture before packaging. This configuration handles a wide variety of bar types, from oat and nut bars to fruit and chocolate-coated bars, with precise control over shape and thickness.
