Belt Type Roasting Line

This is a complete roasting line covering everything from raw material intake to final product collection. Raw nuts and seeds are loaded via a Big Bag loader and carried by Z-elevator into an automatic salting machine, then a PVC elevator moves the product into the belt-type roasting oven for even roasting throughout. After roasting, product passes over a selection belt, where it can be visually inspected, then through a sieve and PVC elevator into a silo for storage. This configuration can be built around a belt-type roasting oven of any capacity, so the line scales to fit the production volume a producer needs.
