Date drying line OS-7000P

The OS-7000P is a complete processing solution built around two products in one line: dates and coffee. Dates go through seed removal and slicing, then move via input hopper and sieves into the 7-layer drying machine, the heart of the line, followed by a cooling unit that locks in texture and flavor. What sets this line apart is its added coffee processing stage, with a dedicated roasting machine and grinder for turning coffee beans into ground coffee. Nothing goes to waste either: a powder mixer, cyclone chaff collector, and powder grinder convert dried date by-products into usable ground powder, with a screw conveyor handling transport throughout. One line, two product streams, minimal waste.
