Frying Line OS-850 (Chips & Snacks Line)

This line produces extruded and fried snacks such as sticks, cones, and chips in one continuous process. Powder mix is prepared in the powder mixer and moved by screw conveyors into the extruder, which shapes the raw dough. A cutting machine then trims the extruded product to size, and conveyor belts carry it to the fryer, heated by an oil tank and heat exchanger, with a paper filter keeping the oil clean. After frying, product passes through a cooling unit, then a seasoning unit where flavoring is applied, before Z-elevators move the finished snacks onward for packaging. Well suited for producers making a range of extruded snack shapes and flavors on one line.
