Granola & Energy Bar Production Line

This line produces granola and energy bars from raw nut, seed, and grain mixtures, with dimensions of 6000×1700×850 mm. Raw mixture is loaded through the inlet hopper and shaped into a continuous sheet by the cylinder press, which compresses and forms the product to an even thickness. A conveyor then carries the sheet along a cooling belt, allowing it to set firm before cutting. The bar size cutting unit slices the sheet into individual bars of consistent size, which are then carried out by a conveyor belt for packaging. This setup is perfect for producing a wide range of bar types, from oat and dried fruit bars to nut and chocolate bars, all on a single production line.
