Chips & Pellet Frying Line OS-850

This line is designed for frying pellet-based snacks, such as rings, curls, and 3D shapes. Raw pellets are loaded via a PVC elevator into the pellet fryer, then pass through a sieve to remove excess crumbs. From there, product moves through a cooling machine to bring the temperature down before flavoring, and finally into a tunnel-type seasoning machine, which applies seasoning evenly as the product travels through it. The line’s compact design fits the full cycle of frying, cooling, and seasoning pellet snacks into a small production footprint.
