OS-850 Automatic Coating & Batch Type Frying Line
This post is also available in: UA (UA)
This line combines automatic coating with batch frying, giving producers more control over frying time and batch size than a continuous fryer allows. Raw material moves through Z-elevators into the coating machine, where a powder mix, prepared in the powder mixer and delivered via screw conveyor, is applied. From there, product is collected in an inlet hopper and collection bin before being fed into the batch fryer, heated by a hot oil tank. After frying, product passes through a cooling unit, then a seasoning unit for final flavoring, and a conveyor belt carries the finished product onward. This setup is a strong fit for producers who need flexibility across different coated snack recipes and batch sizes, such as coated peanuts in a range of colors and flavors.
