Roasting, Nut Milling & Slicing Line OS-500

This is a full processing line built around the OS-500 belt-type roasting machine, covering everything from raw material intake to three different finished products. Raw material starts at the Big-Bag loader, moves via Z-elevator into an automatic salting machine, then a PVC elevator carries it into the belt-type roasting oven. Once roasted, product passes over a selection belt and sieve to remove fines, and from there the line splits into three paths: it can be collected via silo, sent to the butter machine for grinding into paste, or moved through a hot quenching unit and slicing machine to produce sliced nuts. This flexibility makes the OS-500 line a strong fit for producers who want to roast, salt, grind, and slice on a single production line without switching equipment between product runs.
