ROTARY TYPE ROASTING MACHINE OS-120

The OS-120 is a batch-type rotary roaster built for facilities that need flexibility over pure volume. Raw material is loaded through the intake hopper and carried by a Z-elevator into the rotating drum, where it roasts evenly as the drum turns, giving you full control over roast time and temperature for each batch. Dust and roasting fumes are pulled through a cyclone for clean separation, keeping the work area free of chaff. Once roasting is complete, the product drops into a cooling unit, bringing it down to room temperature and locking in flavor and crunch before it moves on to packaging. A compact, self-contained solution well suited to smaller batches, specialty products, or operations just getting started with roasting.
