Is used to separate the empty shell from the main mass of nuts; also applied for separating kernels from shells. Can be used for processing walnuts (dry or fresh), hazelnuts (dry or fresh), and chestnuts. We recommend installing the Blower 1500 or 3100 blower after the shaker and before the calibration unit.
