Qualification Enhancement for Our Specialists

Any company aspiring to reach a new level during the formation of its ideology, mission, and philosophy, always includes an element of professional and spiritual development. For a good leader it is important not only to adequately assess the professional skills of their specialists, but also to strive to develop them. The three summer months of 2020 were dedicated to the qualification enhancement of our team’s mechanical engineers. Technical experts had the opportunity to analyze various aspects of their work on external sites and equipment. Simulation of problematic situations was conducted, and a set of recommendations for preventing errors in the future was developed.
