The packaging machine is specially designed for forming and filling vertical bags.

It is usually used as the second stage in the packaging process after the vertical packaging machine.
The special design of the bag conveyor prevents deformation of the bags when feeding them into the large-format machine.
The double conveyor tunnel system ensures uniform distribution of the product inside the bag and its dense placement.
Especially relevant for the ice industry, since the most common distribution format for ice packs is to group 1 or 2 kg bags into bags of 4-5 bags.
The bag formation configuration with handles is possible for easy transportation.

Instead of feeding bulk products directly into the packaging machine, as is the case with other vertical packaging machines, the RS400EP accepts ready-made bags and groups them into a larger bag.

Products: crushed ice and cubes.
